The idea of Brighton Implant Clinic emerged at the beginning of 2008. Dr Silva had already opened successful dental practices in Portslade, Worthing, Old Village, Broadfield but nothing quite as spectacular as this - a state of the- art clinic in cosmetic dentistry. The concept of Brighton Implant Clinic was to create a professional dental centre located in an unforgettable environment, providing ultimate care and achieving outstanding results.

The clinic comprises of five dental surgeries, reception and waiting room, a dental lab, sterilisation room, a recovery room, three bathrooms, two offices and kitchen.

The Brighton Implant Clinic has been the dream of Dr Bruno Silva, to create a calming and relaxing cosmetic surgery offering the very best clinical techniques utilizing the very latest in cosmetic dentistry technology, complimented by a professional and friendly team of qualified, experienced Cosmetic Consultants from all fields of dentistry supported by a highly skilled team of dental nurses, admin staff, Marketing, Web Design and a Dental Laboratory in-house.

Brighton Implant Clinic is in a prominent town centre position. Brighton and Hove together form the South East’s premier seaside resort. Established in Regency times, in the late 1700’s, Brighton and Hove became popular after being patronised by the royal family as a seaside retreat. There were certainly no compromises where furniture and equipment were concerned. All the surgeries were fully equipped with Estetica Kavo chairs from the day the surgery opened. Our dental chair order was one of the highest volume known to be ordered by just one practice. We have an on-site dental laboratory and training facilities for dental implant surgery. To streamline our services, we have also invested in a cone beam CT scanner for dental CT Scans.

Our dental labs and sterilisation rooms are also complete with two Lisa sterilisers, Ultra Sonic Cleaner Sonorex Super, Medisafe Pico XXL, Assistina 301+, Programat EP 5000 Invoclar Vivadent, Labormat SD, Zhermack Technical S24R, dust extractor and casting unit. Brighton Implant Clinic provides all the aspects of dental implants and cosmetic treatments including: veneers, crowns, bridges and tooth whitening. We have five surgeries with brand new, innovative equipment. Our dental team, use advanced technology and up-to-date clinical techniques.
