Dr Bruno Silva has been placing implants for the last 5 years. He has placed over 450 implants during this time. Dr Silva works closely with other implant surgeons in the local area when dealing with complex cases. Brighton implant clinic is an accredited ASTRA-tech and Nobel Biocare dental implant centre. We pride ourselves in offering a best service within our capability.

We accept referrals for

• Dental implants*

• Surgical extractions*

• Full dentures (completed within one day)
• Partial dentures (completed within one day)

• Full mouth rehabilitation*

• Cosmetic dentistry including veneers, crowns, bridges, whitening

• Single visit crowns and porcelain inlays (cerec)

• Root canal treatments (carried out with a Zeiss Microscope)*

* for those anxious about seeing a dental treatment,
these treatments can be carried out under intravenous sedation
